Technology

• Wi-Fi (check the whiteboard in the Manzanita Room for the current network name and password)
• 55” LCD - wall mounted, 1080P
• Mac desktop computer hooked up to the 55” TV

Using the Mac mini to project to the conference room TV

• Turn on the TV using the remote or the TV’s power button
• Set the TV’s Input to HDMI3 MAC MINI
• Use the keyboard or mouse to wake up the Mac mini
• If you need to transfer your presentation to the Mac mini, use a USB stick, Google Drive, Dropbox, email etc.

Connecting a laptop to the conference room TV

• Turn on the TV using the remote or the TV’s power button
• Plug the HDMI cable into the laptop; use the adapter, if needed
• Set the TV’s Input to HDMI2 CABLE
